1. Project Cancellation

  • Clients can cancel a project within 24–48 hours of initial payment for a partial refund.
  • Once the project has started, cancellation requests will be reviewed case-by-case.

2. Refund Policy

  • No refund will be issued once:
    • Work has been completed
    • Initial design/mockups have been shared
  • Partial refunds may be granted if:
    • Work has not yet started
    • There is a delay from our side without valid reason

3. Service-Based Refunds

  • Website/App Development: Refund depends on project stage
  • Digital Marketing: No refund once campaign has started
  • Video Editing/Content Writing: No refund after delivery

4. Client Responsibility

Clients must provide required content, approvals, and feedback on time. Delays from the client side do not qualify for refunds.

5. Payment Disputes

If you have any concerns, please contact us before raising disputes. We aim to resolve issues amicably.
